连续性护理干预联合康复训练对运动性失语患者语言能力的影响

The influence of continuous nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation training on motor aphasia patients' language ability

目的探讨连续性护理干预联合康复训练对运动性失语患者语言能力的影响。方法选取2010年1月至2013年1月267例运动性失语患者为研究对象,运用简单随机抽样法分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者(133例)接受常规药物治疗、康复训练和出院指导,实验组患者(134例)则在此基础上进行院外连续性护理干预联合康复训练进行治疗。采用中文功能性语言沟通能力检查法和失语程度评定评价两组患者语言功能恢复有效率。结果两组患者出院后3个月,实验组语言功能恢复有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论连续性护理干预联合康复训练对运动性失语患者的语言康复有良好的促进作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation training on motor aphasia patients＇language ability. Methods Totally ,267 motor aphasia patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group （ n = 133 ） accepted the conven- tional drug treatment, rehabilitation training and discharge instruction, the experimental group （n = 134） received continuous nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation training. Chinese version of Functional Language Communication Method （CFCP） and level of aphasia were used to evaluate patients＂ language function recovery. Result Language function recovery of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group after 3 months （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation training plays a good role in promoting patients＇language ability with motor aphasia.
