近年来随着我国经济高速发展,能源的对外依存度不断提高,实施能源进口市场多元化战略成为解决我国能源问题的一个重要途径。中亚地区拥有丰富的能源资源和重要的战略位置,又与我国地缘相邻,是我国重要的能源战略伙伴之一。双方合作有利因素包括地缘相近,拥有历史渊源,合作平台不断完善,政策支持等,但也存在非传统安全因素,大国地缘政治,里海划分不明确,中国石油企业自身实力不足等不利因素。

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,China's dependence on foreign energy is gradually increasing. It has become an important way to solve China's energy problems that the implementation of energy import market diversification strategy. The Central Asian region has abundant energy resources and important strategic position,and is close to our country. It has become one of the important energy strategy partners of China. The favorable factor with the cooperation including geographical proximity,historical origins,cooperation platform of continuous improvement,policies support and so on. But there are some non traditional security factors,such as great power geopolitics,unclear division of the Caspian Sea,the lack of strength in the Chinese oil companies and other unfavorable factors.
