领导风格与领导效能关系研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 根据西方管理心理学思想,比较权威的领导风格理论有特质理论、行为理论、权变理论、变革型领导理论、交易型领导理论等。而关于领导效能的研究,其量化指标包括主观指标如员工的工作满意度、组织承诺,及客观指标如企业利润、组织绩效等。在领导风格与领导效能的关系研究中,研究者一般会在主观指标与客观指标中择其一,本文以此为分类依据对二者的关系研究做系统的梳理与分析,并在此基础上提出几点建议,以期为我国管理心理学领导效能领域的研究提供一定的参考。
