摘要
旨在利用磷化工含氟废气为原料制备氢氟酸,采用电化学分析法分析制备的氢氟酸。系统地考察了硫酸用量、反应时间和搅拌速率3个因素对氢氟酸质量分数的影响,得到了利用磷化工含氟废气制备氢氟酸的工艺条件:硫酸用量为24.000g,反应时间为40min,搅拌速率为350r/min。在该工艺条件下,利用2000mL含氟废气制备得到了质量分数为21.5%的氢氟酸。
Waste gas containing fluoride in phosphate chemical industry was utilized to prepare hydrofluoric acid. Impacts of the three factors of dosage of sulfuric acid, reaction time and stirring speed on mass fraction of hydrofluoric acid were reviewed and hydrofluoric acid with mass fraction of 21.52 was prepared from 2000 mL waste gas containing fluoride under the process condi- tions of dosage of sulfuric acid being 24. 000 g, reaction time 40 rain and stirring speed 350 rpm.
