废石胶结充填物料优化配比的工业试验

Pilot tests on optimal ratio of waste rock cemented filling materials

瓮福磷矿在缓倾斜中厚矿体无废充填法安全开采技术研究项目的工业试验中,对充填物料的配比进行了抗压强度、塌落度、质量分数与灰砂比等探索性试验。试验结果证明废石胶结充填的各种经济技术指标基本可行,随着下一步废石物料级配的改进,胶凝材料的使用还将减少,相关的经济技术指标有进一步改善的空间。

Exploratory tests were conducted on compressive strength, slump2 mass fraction, cement-sand ratio and others for ratio of the filling materials in the pilot tests of technical research project of safe mining of gently inclined moderate thick orebody by the waste rock free filling method . The test results showed that the economic and technical indexes for waste rock cemented filling were basically feasible. With the further improvement on waste rock materials gradation, use of cemented materials will be reduced and the relevant economic and technical indexes will have a space for betterment.
