A coordinative study of the vocational education and economic development

职业教育与区域经济发展相互关联,相互促进,共同形成一个区域的社会系统。在这个社会系统中,又包含一些互相作用、互相影响、互相制约,甚至互为因果的子系统。当这些子系统彼此之间处于协调发展状态时,会形成一股对社会进步和经济发展具有巨大推动作用的正能量。相反,当这些子系统处于混沌状态时,就会限制甚至严重阻碍生产力的发展。而通过协调度的混沌性判断,是了解这些子系统之间的协同复合关系,并采取恰当掌控,使高等教育持续有规律地促进经济稳步向前发展的关键。

Vocational education and regional economic development are interrelated in the integrated so- cial system within which certain cause-effect subsystems are interacted, and mutually restrained. When the subsystems are coordinated, they give rise to a driving force for the social progress and economic develop- ment. On the contrary, those subsystems in a chaotic state may seriously hinder the development of pro- ductive forces. Therefore, the coordinated subsystems result in a sustainable development of higher voca- tional education and a steady economic progress.
