Cultural factors and their influences upon university classrooms

任何一种文化的生成都是多因素促成的,并受其影响和制约。大学课堂文化的形成是在大学教学中教师学生和周围环境相互作用、大学课堂中教师和学生的价值观相互碰撞交融的结果。影响大学课堂文化的主要因素包括:大学硬件环境、制度环境、主体的行为和主体的价值观,这些因素对大学课堂文化既具有推动作用,又具有制约作用。

All cultures are formed by different factors. The formation of university classroom culture is the result of interaction among teachers, students and environment in the process of teaching. The major factors include hardware environment, system environment, behaviors of subjects and values of the sub- jects. They can both promote and restrict the university classroom culture. The functional relationship is discussed and suggestions are put forward.
