山东省潍坊市健身俱乐部高温瑜伽开展现状研究

Current Condition Research of Development of Bikram Yoga Class in Health Club of Weifang

近年来,兴起于印度风靡于欧美国家的高温瑜伽热潮在我国迅速蔓延,因其具有减肥塑身、减压减负、改善心肺功能等功效深受广大女性的青睐.该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,结合自身的求学及执教经验对影响健身俱乐部高温瑜伽课程开展的影响因素进行分析,归纳总结出健身俱乐部高温课程开展受经营管理者、教练员专业水平、场馆环境、会员自身等因素影响,并提出相应对策,旨在为推动健身俱乐部高温瑜伽课的可持续发展奠定理论基础.

Recent years, Bikram Yoga, which originates from India and then enjoy great popularity in European and American countries, spreads quickly in our country. It is extremely popular among young women for it can help them to lose weight, shape body and improve the functions of heart and lung. This paper applies document method, interview method, questionnaire, together with my own experience as a student and teacher to analyze the factors that affect Bikram Yoga class in health club. Then this paper concludes that managers, professional ability of coaches,club environment, member themselves are the fac- tors that influence Bikram Yoga class in health club. The aim is to set theoretical basis to promote sustain- able development of Bikram Yoga class in health club.
