新敏灸配合热熨法治疗2型糖尿病性对称性多神经病变临床观察

Novel Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Herb Hot Compress in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Symmetric Polyneuropathy

目的评价新敏灸配合热熨法对2型糖尿病性对称性多神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法选择2型糖尿病性对称性多神经病变96例,随机分成治疗组49例和对照组47例。在严格控制血糖基础上,治疗组采用新敏灸配合中药热熨法治疗;对照组采用常规针灸疗法治疗。两组治疗4周后观察疗效。结果治疗后两组疗效均有改善,治疗组在治疗2、3、4周后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组DNE评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);治疗组感觉与运动神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新敏灸配合热熨法对2型糖尿病性对称性多神经病变有较好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel moxibustion combined with Chinses herb hot compress in treatment of type 2 diabetic symmetric polyneuropathy. Methods Ninety-six patients with type 2 diabetic symmetric polyneuropathy was randomly divided into novel treatment group（treatment group, n=49） and conventional treatment group（control group, n=47）. In the condition of strict management of blood glucose, the nov-el treatment group received novel moxibustion combined with Chinese herb hot compress and the conventional treat-ment group was given traditional acupuncture. The efficacy of therapies was evaluated after a 4-week course. Re-sults After treatment, the clinical manifestations in both groups were improved. The total effective rate of treatment group at 2, 3, and 4 weeks was higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Compared with control group, the dia-betic neuropathy examination score was significantly lower in treatment group（P〈0.01） and the conduction velocities of sensory and motor nerves were statistically higher in treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The novel moxa-moxibustion combined with Chinese herb hot compress has good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetic symmetric polyneuropathy.
