摘要
目的探讨先天性支气管闭锁(congenital bronchial atresia,CBA)的临床表现、影像学特点及治疗原则,以提高该病的诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析我院CBA误诊为肺内型支气管囊肿1例的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果本例因反复肺部感染就诊,曾误诊为支气管囊肿伴感染,经胸部CT扫描确诊为CBA。患者拒绝手术,目前随访观察中,病情稳定。结论 CBA多无明显症状,需完善相关检查排除肺内型支气管囊肿、支气管肿瘤等引起支气管阻塞性疾病可能,以提高临床确诊率。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations, radiological features and therapeutic principles of con- genital bronchial atresia （CBA） in order to improve levels of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of one CBA patient, who was misdiagnosed as having intrapulmonary bronchogenic cyst, was retrospectively analyzed, and the related liter- ature was reviewed. Results This patient suffered from repeat pulmonary infection, and was misdiagnosed as having bronchial cyst and infection. CBA was confirmed after chest CT scan. This patient refused surgical treatment, and the patients condition was stable by recent follow-up. Conclusion Most patients with CBA have no obvious clinical symptoms, so bronchial obstruc- tive diseases induced by intrapulmonary bronchogenic cyst or bronchial neoplasms needs to be excluded with related medical examinations in order to raise the diagnosis rate of CBA.
