荆州市中心医院颅脑损伤患者医药费用支付能力探讨

Discussion of the Ability to Pay for Health Care of Brain Injury Patients in a Hospital,Jingzhou

目的:探讨荆州市中心医院颅脑损伤患者的消费及医疗费用支付能力及之间的关系。方法:运用扩展线性支出系统对2011年在荆州市中心医院就诊的颅脑损伤患者调查的数据进行分析。结果:荆州市中心医院颅脑损伤患者的医药费用负担相对沉重,支付能力较低,且处于较低收入和低支付能力状态。结论:为提高颅脑损伤患者预后的健康状况,完善医疗救助制度,应将低收入者作为政策倾斜对象,积极采取提高其医药费用的支付能力的措施。

Objective： To explore the ability to pay for health care of brain injury patients. Methods： We analyzed the survey data from pa- tients with brain injury a hospital in Jingzhou 2011, by using the extended linear expenditure system. Results： The burden of medical expenses of brain injury patients was heavy, and their abilities to pay for health care were poor. Conclusion： Their abilities to pay for health care need en- hanced urgently to improve the health status of brain injury patients.
