摘要
近年来,医患矛盾不断激化,全国各大医疗机构医疗纠纷发生率明显上升,医疗纠纷的调解难度越来越大,甚至发生严重扰乱医院正常工作秩序及侵害医务人员人身安全的恶性医疗纠纷,造成了极坏的影响。如何正确处理和解决各种恶性医疗纠纷,是摆在各级医院管理者面前的紧迫任务。本文就医疗纠纷的现状和目前纠纷处理中的问题进行分析,提出医院应建立组织领导与职责分工、响应流程及现场处置的恶性医疗纠纷应急处置机制,以期能够积极有效地应对和化解恶性医疗纠纷,防止发生不良群体事件,维护医院正常的医疗秩序。
Current conflicts between the doctors and patients become more troublesome. The incidence of medical disputes in nationwide hospitals has increased significantly, and more difficulties are found in management of medical disputes. Furthermore, vicious medical disputes, which disturb normal working order in hospitals severely or jeopardize medical staffg security, have happened recently and led to terrible negative influence. It is a tough task for the hospital administrates to search the approaches to ease the tension and solve the serious conflicts. The status quo and problems existing in management of medical disputes are analyzed in this article, and building emergency disposal mechanism of vicious medical disputes is put forward, including framework, commitment, and response procedure and field management. We hope to solve serious medical disputes properly, avoid colony events and maintain hospitals normal order.
