摘要
目的:通过了解医方与患方对医疗纠纷的认知情况,分析引发医患纠纷的原因,提出防范和处理医疗纠纷的对策与建议。方法:以福州市某三甲医院的医护人员与患者为研究对象,采用统一的调查问卷,随机抽取医护人员和患者若干名进行调查。结果:被调查的194名医务人员和197名住院患者对医疗纠纷的认知存在差异,差异具有统计学意义。结论:分析了引起医疗纠纷的各因素,并提出了构建和谐医患关系的相关建议。
Objective : By understanding the cognition of medical dispute cases, analyze of the causes of medical disputes and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of preventing and handling medical disputes. Methods: Medical staff and patients in Fnzhou Hospital as the re- search object, using the unified questionnaire, randomly selected a number of medical staff and patients to investigate. Results : Cognition of medi- cal staff and patients about medical disputes are different, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: The cause of medical disputes was analyzed, and puts forward the suggestions of buildin~ a harmonious doctor - oatient relationshin.
