福州市某医院医患双方医疗纠纷认知情况调查

Investigation of the Cognition of Medical Staff and Patients on Medical Dispute in a Hospital,Fuzhou

目的:通过了解医方与患方对医疗纠纷的认知情况,分析引发医患纠纷的原因,提出防范和处理医疗纠纷的对策与建议。方法:以福州市某三甲医院的医护人员与患者为研究对象,采用统一的调查问卷,随机抽取医护人员和患者若干名进行调查。结果:被调查的194名医务人员和197名住院患者对医疗纠纷的认知存在差异,差异具有统计学意义。结论:分析了引起医疗纠纷的各因素,并提出了构建和谐医患关系的相关建议。

Objective ： By understanding the cognition of medical dispute cases, analyze of the causes of medical disputes and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of preventing and handling medical disputes. Methods： Medical staff and patients in Fnzhou Hospital as the re- search object, using the unified questionnaire, randomly selected a number of medical staff and patients to investigate. Results ： Cognition of medi- cal staff and patients about medical disputes are different, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： The cause of medical disputes was analyzed, and puts forward the suggestions of buildin~ a harmonious doctor - oatient relationshin.
