摘要
目的:了解大学生学习倦怠现状及其与完美主义、学习压力之间的关系。方法:采用大学生学习倦怠、完美主义和学习压力量表对武汉市319名大学生进行测查。结果:学习倦怠3个维度精力耗竭、玩世不恭和效能感的得分分别为(1.23±0.61)、(1.40±0.83)和(2.17±0.72)。回归分析发现,精力耗竭的预测变量有学校、完美主义的行为迟疑维度、学习过程和目标规划压力,解释率为37.0%;玩世不恭的预测变量有学校、性别、完美主义的行为迟疑、目标规划和学习过程压力,解释率为36.2%;效能感的预测变量有学校、完美主义的目标标准维度、学习过程压力和目标规划压力,解释率为26.7%。结论:大学生学习倦怠现象不明显。学习压力是学习倦怠最重要预测变量,完美主义人格特质是重要影响因素,而人口学等变量的解释力有限。
In order to investigate academic burnout of college students and its relationships with perfectionism and study stress, 319 college students were investigated with College Students Academic Burnout Scale, Perfectionism Scale, and Study Stress Scale. The Results showed that the scores of the three dimensions of academic burnout were ( 1.23± 0.61 ), ( 1.40 ± 0.83 ), and (2.17± 0.72), respectively. Regression analysis found that the predictors of exhaustion were school, doubts about actions of perfectionism, study process stress, and goal and planning stress, the predictors of cynicism were school, gender, doubts about actions, goal and planning stress, and study process and stress, and the pre- dictors of efficacy were school, personal standards, study process stress, and goal and planning stress. Conclusions: College students" academic burnout is not obvious. Perfectionism and study stress have a significant influence on college students'academic burnout. The demographical varia- bles have limited effect on academic burnout.
