摘要
目的:提高《护理研究》课程的教学质量,提升护理本科生撰写论文的能力,进而培养出具备较高科研能力的护理人员。方法:选取陕西省某医学院校2009级、2010级和2011级护理学专业6个本科班的学生作为研究对象,并将其分为试验组和对照组进行研究。试验组集中在大三第2学期学习整合后的《护理研究》课程,对照组按原护理学专业本科培养方案分别学习《护理研究》、《医学统计学》和《文献检索》等课程。课程结束后,通过护理人员科研能力自评量表和撰写论文的质量,比较两组的教学效果。结果:试验组和对照组通过《护理人员科研能力自评量表》的测评,有5个维度的评分均有显著性差异,且试验组评分高于对照组;试验组和对照组撰写论文的质量各条目均有显著性差异,且试验组论文质量优于对照组。结论:《护理研究》整合后,其课程的教学效果明显提高。
Objective : To improve the quality of teaching of "nursing research", and then improve the ability of nursing undergraduates in scientific research, cultivating nursing staff with higher ability of scientific research. Methods: 6 classes of Grade 2009, 2010, 2011 nursing un- dergraduate from a medical college were divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experimental group studies the integrated curriculum of "nursing research", "medical statistics" and "document retrieval" in the second semester of junior. The control group studies each of these three courses in different semesters according to the original training program. After all courses, compared two sets of scientific research ability with "the self - evaluation scale" and the quality of writing essays. Results: The score of "the self - evaluation scale" of the experiment group is higher than the control group. The quality of writing essays of the experiment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: The cmalitv of teaching of the integration of "nursing research" improved obviously.
