摘要
通过试验 ,选择了硝酸为制备工艺的活化剂 ,稻壳经稀硫酸水解后 ,按每 10 0g干基用硝酸 30ml,在 160℃下活化 10min ,制备成吸附剂。性能研究表明 ,稻壳吸附剂具有较快的吸附速率和较强的吸附能力 ,其吸附为化学物理混合型 ,环境温度及吸附对象的极性对吸附效果影响较大 ,液相吸附行为符合Freundlich方程。应用试验表明 ,对色素的吸附不仅具有良好的选择性 ,而且吸附效果优于活性碳 ,对发酵酒中的单宁和蛋白质有较高的吸附率 ,吸附脱除大豆油脂中的磷脂和脂肪酸效果优良 ,且油脂损失较少。因而 ,在这些领域将有广阔的应用前景。
Nitric acid was selected for activation to manufacture adsorbent form rice husk.After hydrolysation by diluent sulfuric acid,rice husk was activated for 10 minutes in 160℃,using 30ml nitric acid per 100g dry rice husk.The produced adsorbent showed faster and higher ability of adsorption.The environmental temperature and the polarity of adsorbed material influenced the adsorption efficiency.The adsorption action in liquid adapts to Freundlich equation.The adsorbent had good selection for adsorbing pigment,and showed better adsorption efficiency than active carbon.Its adsorption rate for polyphenol and protein in wine was fine.To eliminate phosphate and free fat acid in soybean oil by adsorption,the adsorbent also performed well,and with less oil loss
