摘要
本文通过剖析手术室护士工作压力产生的因素,着重探讨缓解手术室护士工作压力的方法,根据文献总结干预压力后的良好效果;并指出有效缓解手术室护士压力,对维护其心理健康、提高护理工作质量至关重要。
The paper analyzes the factors causing work stress among operating room nurses, probes into the methos to relieve the work stress among operating room nurses, summarizes the favorable effects of work stress intervention based on literature, and points out that it is important to effectively relieve work stress among operating room nurses so as to maintain their psychological health and improve nursing service quality.
