产前合理使用糖皮质激素预防新生儿肺透明膜病 被引量:3

摘要 早产是影响新生儿发病率和死亡率的主要原因。在我国,早产的发生率约为5%-15%,占新生儿死亡率的15%[1],早产儿死亡的主要原因为新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal idiopathic repiratory distress syndrome,NRDS),而NRDS主要是由肺透明膜病变引起,故医学界又将NRDS称为新生儿肺透明膜病(hyaline membrane disease of newborn, HMD)。1972年,Graham Liggins[2]第一次报告产前使用糖皮质激素可以将HMD 的风险从25.8%降至9%,1994年美国国立卫生研究所正式发表公布:产前使用糖皮质激素可以促进胎肺成熟,降低早产儿HMD的发病率。下面就产前糖皮质激素的合理使用作一综述。
