摘要
论述了臭氧的特性,臭氧发生的原理,测定方法以及当前国内外,特别是在农产品和食品加工中臭氧技术的应用。
The properties of ozone, theory of ozone producter and determination methods is described in this paper.Specially,the application of ozone technology on agricultural products and food processing in China and abroad is introduced.
