750kV格构式变电构架节点板厚度优化试验研究及仿真分析 被引量:4

Experimental study and simulation analysis on gusset-plate thickness optimization of 750kV lattice substation frame

摘要 对采用不同厚度节点板的750kV格构式变电构架格构柱KT形节点进行了足尺试验及有限元仿真分析,考察了其在设计荷载和1.5倍设计荷载作用下的受力及变形情况。结果表明,节点板厚度减小后,设计荷载作用下其仍处于弹性工作状态,1.5倍设计荷载作用下其仍然安全,可为节点板设计提供参考依据。 Full-scale tests and relevant finite element simulation analysis were conducted on lattice column gusset-plates with different thickness of a 750kV lattice substation frame to study the stress and deformation behavior under the design load and 1.5 times of the design load. Results reveal that after the reduction of the gusset-plate thickness, the column is still in elastic working state under the design load and keeps in safety under 1.5 times of the design load. The study provides reference for gusset-plate design.
