摘要
结合广东佛山到开平高速公路扩建工程,对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的配合比设计及性能进行研究,按最佳乳化沥青含量、最佳含水量制备混合料,对其进行水稳定性、车辙、回弹模量试验。结果表明,所设计的混合料劈裂强度、动稳定度、无侧限抗压回弹模量都满足设计要求和使用性能要求。
Combined with the expansion of Foshan-Kaiping Expressway in Guangdong Province, the design of mix proportion for emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture and the performance of mixture were studied. The water stability test, rutting test and modulus of resilience test were conducted on mixture prepared under the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt and water content. The result shows that the indices of designed mixture including splitting strength, dynamic stability and unconfined compressive modulus of resilience meet the requirements for performance.
