模糊PID控制在乳酸精制工艺中的应用与研究

摘要 叙述了乳酸精制工段控制系统的框架以及刮膜蒸发器液位传感器的选择,并就模糊PID控制器的设计作了详细分析。针对乳酸精制工艺中的刮膜蒸发器液位控制的非线性,提出了一种模糊PID的控制方法。 Described the framework of control system ,the chosen of the level sensor ,introduced the design of fuzzy PID controller in detail .Due to the non linear of the wiped evaporator ’ s level control in refining process for lactic acid ,this paper has designed a kind of fuzzy PID algorithm to con-trol the level of wiped evaporator .
