新型蔬菜果园粘虫胶的制备和性能研究

Preparation and performance of insect catching glue used in vegetable greenhouses and orchards

蔬菜果园粘虫胶的运用是现代绿色高效农业发展中重要的物理手段。选用不同分子质量的聚异丁烯、矿物油、加氢石油树脂及萜烯树脂原料,通过优化配方,制备了性能优异的用于涂覆胶板的无溶剂高粘性环保型粘虫胶。测试了粘虫胶的熔融黏度、初粘性、粘性保持时间、抗垂流性能等,结果表明,此胶可长时间用于室外涂覆粘虫板。

The use of insect catching glue in the vegetable greenhouses and orchards is an important physical means in the development of modern green efficient agriculture. After choosing different molecular weight polyisobutylene, mineral oil, hydrocarbon resin, and terpene resin, we developed a good insect glue by optimizing the formula.It was used in coating on the rubber sheets.It is a solvent-free,environment friendly and high sticky inset catching gule.The melt viscosity,stickiness, holding power and vertical flow resistance,etc, were tested.The results showed that this kind of insect glue can be used in coating insect catching/trapping boards outdoors for a long time.
