摘要
以长安JL466汽油发动机为例,研究和探讨了有限元分析方法在汽车发动机预应力条件下的钢质气缸垫密封性[1]和整机的模态分析中的应用。以有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench为平台,对于多种材料、多种结构采用Pure Penalty接触技术实现其装配,计算气缸垫间的接触压力、变形和振动。研究结果为动力学分析奠定基础,为发动机的设计、密封性的探索提供理论依据。
Taking a Chang' an JL466 gasoline engine as an example, the paper analyzed and discussed the application of finite element analysis in the modal analysis of whole engine and sealing of steel cylinder gasket in prestressed state. Based on ANSYS Workbench software, the assembly of the gasoline engine was finished by Pure Penalty contact technology, and contact pressure, deformation and vibration of the cylinder gasket were calculated. The research results can lay a foundation for dynamic analysis,and provide a theory basis for engine design and sealing exploration.
