摘要
分析了我国老龄人口监护立法的现状及不足,介绍了国外的老龄人口监护立法制度,提出了完善我国老龄人口监护制度的建议:完善社会养老服务体系;完善老龄成年人监护立法。
The current situation and insufficient of legislation of China＇s aging population guardianship system are analyzed. The legislation of aging population guardianship system abroad is introduced. Some suggestions on improving this system of China are presented： improving the social pension service system and the aging adult guardianship legislation.
