摘要
对150多名在美中国留学生社会支持状况进行了问卷调查,得出的数据结果表明:家庭和朋友是留学生社会支持的主要来源;在社会支持的各维度上,只有客观支持与其他两个维度(主观支持和支持利用度)存在显著差异;不同性别留学生在支持利用度上存在显著差异,主要表现在求助方式上。针对此现状,提出了对留学生要提高心理素质、培养坚韧性格、提高积极应对能力和构建积极社会支持体系的建议。
The social support statuses of more thanl50 Chinese overseas students who are studying in the United States are investigated. The result shows that their supports are mainly from their families and friends. In the dimensions of social support, only objective support and other two dimensions (subjective support and support utilization) differ significantly. Overseas students of different sex show significant difference in support utilization, mainly in the way to seek help. For this situation, recommendations are presented to overseas students, such as: to improve the psychological quality, to train tenacious character, to enhance positive coping skills and to build positive social support system.
