摘要
运用我国2011年151家创业板上市公司的年报数据,实证考察企业家社会资本和个人特质各构成维度对企业经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明:企业家教育水平、声誉威望和任职规模与创业企业绩效正相关,企业家政治参与度和职业经历与创业企业绩效负相关。
Using 151 Chinese listed companies in growth enterprise market as a sampte, the impacts of the entrepreneur＇s social capital and personal characteristics on the firm performance are empirically investigated. The results show that entre- preneurial education level, prestige and reputation and scale in business have a positive effect on the firm performance; but Entrepreneurial political participation and professional experience have a negative effect on the firm performance.
