Analysis of the Female Entrepreneurial Actuality and Demand

以镇江市为例,通过资料搜集、问卷调查和个案深度访谈,用定量和定性研究的方法,探讨和分析我国女性创业的现状、面临的困难和扶持需求,从而找出制约女性创业的关键因素,为促进我国女性创业的健康发展提供新的思路。

Taking Zhenjiang as an example, this paper discussed and analyzed the status of female entrepreneurs in China, facing the difficulties and needs of, by the methods of data collection, questionnaires, depth interviews, quantitative and qualitative research methods. The essay identified the key factors restricting female entrepreneurs and provided new ideas to promote the healthy development of Chinese female entrepreneurs.
