摘要
以Moldflow软件为平台,通过具体案例,对比分析采用冷、热流道时产品成型的各种工艺参数,以及相应的生产效率和成本。研究表明,采用热流道技术方便实现充填平衡,减小产品成型的注塑压力和锁模力,并能够显著降低产品的成本,为热流道技术在塑料模中的广泛应用提供理论支持。
Based on Moldflow, the different processing parameters between cold or hot runner in injection molding were contrastive analyzed by a specific case as well as the production efficiency and costs. The results showed that the hot runner technology was not only realize the filling balance conveniently, but also reduced the injection pressure and clamping force, and the product costs, which provided a thearetical support for the hot runner technology in a wide range of applications in plastic mold.
