摘要
针对工业生产中铝电解炭阳极对煅后焦质量的要求,就石油焦粒度的大小对煅后焦质量的影响进行了研究。研究表明:粒度≤3.15mm的石油焦可提高实收率;显著提高其在空气中的反应性,从0.92%/min下降到0.61%/min;可提高其在CO2中的反应残余率达85.74%。
Aimed at the quality requirement of industrial production of aluminum electrolysis carbon anode for the calcined retroleum coke,in this paper,the size of the petroleum coke granularity on the quality of the calcined petroleum coke is studied.The study shows that the granularity ≤3.15mm of petroleum coke can improve the recovery efficiency,and it can significantly improve its reactivity in air,decreased from 0.92%/min to 0.61%/min,and it can improve the reaction rate of residual to 85.74% in CO2.
