摘要
针对广州南站运营管理存在问题,在阐述广州南站综合指挥中心系统的总体设计原则与思路的基础上提出广州南站综合指挥中心系统架构设计、应用架构、网络架构等总体设计,以及各类信息的高度集中管理、突发事件和设备故障的快速反应与处理、实现高效管理与作业标准化等关键技术,使之实现全过程的信息化、智能化管理,跨部门岗位工作的流程化、标准化及数据化,专业部门与后期保障部门的统一协调指挥等系统功能,以促进高速铁路车站管理效能、服务质量及社会形象的全面提升。
Targeting with problems existing in original Comprehensive Control Office of Guangzhou South Station, based on expounding the general design principle and idea of system of comprehensive command center in the Station, this paper puts forward the general designs of the system such as framework design, application framework and network framework, as well as the key technologies such as high-centralized management of each type information, rapid reaction and treatment on emergencies and equipment fault, realizing high-efficient management and operation standardization, so as to realize the system functions such as informationalized and intelligent management in full-process, the Procedure, standardization and datamation of trans-department working, and the unified & coordinated command of special departments and later-stage guarantee departments, all of these could promote overall increase on management efficiency, service quality and social image of high-speed railway stations.
