摘要
在前人研究的基础上,统筹经济效益与社会效益两大救援目标,建立全面、综合、有代表性的指标体系;进而结合定性分析,运用定量分析方法—数据包络分析模型,对突发自然灾害下应急物流的绩效进行评价,为今后自然灾害下应急物流的改进提供一定的依据。
In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, we put economic interests and social interests under comprehensive consideration, built a comprehensive and representative index system for the natural disaster emergency logistics activities, and then adopted the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the performance of the emergency logistics activities in the event of natural disaster outbreaks.
