摘要
在供应商与销售商之间引入第三方物流企业是VMI模式的一种发展,在该模式下,库存将由供应商或销售商转移到物流商。针对该情况,从库存持有成本、发货的固定成本、补货成本和顾客等待成本四个维度构建了VMI的库存控制模型,在对模型求解后对相关参数进行了灵敏度分析,得出在引入第三方物流后的VMI模式中四类成本之间的相互关系。
In this paper, on the four dimensions which were inventory carrying cost, fixed delivery cost, replenishment cost and customer waiting cost, we built the VMI inventory control model and, after solving the model analyzed the sensitivity of the relevant parameters to obtain the relationship among the four cost categories after introducing third party logistics into the VMI mode.
