摘要
从企业资信状况、质押物变现风险、价格稳定性以及品质变化风险四个方面对质押业务的风险进行评价,基于以上因素构建了二级多指标评价体系,通过专家打分法和层次分析法的综合应用,进行了质押业务风险等级的界定,为金融机构对融资业务进行风险等级评定提供参考。
In this paper, we evaluated the risk exposure of the pledge businesses on the aspects of enterprise credit status, collateral liquidation risk, price stability and deterioration risk, then built the two-level multi-index evaluation system, and at the end through expert scoring and AHP, defined the risk level of the pledge businesses.
