摘要
介绍了公铁联运下的轴辐式应急物资储备网络的运行机制,随后提出了轴辐式应急物资储备网络多分配枢纽站最大覆盖问题的选址模型,并基于禁忌搜索算法给出了求解该模型的方法。通过数值算例,探讨了枢纽站数目、时间限值和货运列车运行速度对轴辐式应急物资储备网络枢纽站最大覆盖流量的影响。结果表明:增加枢纽站的数目并不一定能增加最大覆盖流量;增加时间限值,能够提高枢纽站最大覆盖流量;提高货运列车运行速度能够有效地提高枢纽站最大覆盖流量。
In this paper, we introduced the operational mechanism of the hub-and-spoke emergency material reserve networks in road-rail intermodal transportation, then proposed the location model of the networks to realize the maximum coverage of the hub stations and solved it using the tabu searching algorithm. Then through a numerical example, we explored the influence of the quantity of the hub stations, time limit and running velocity of the cargo carrying vehicles on the maximum coverage and flow volume of the hub stations of the networks and reached some useful conclusions.
