基于电子商务环境的逆向物流运作模式问题研究

Study on Reverse Logistics Operation Mode in E-commerce Environment

首先介绍了电子商务环境下最常见的三种逆向物流运作模式,并对各自特点进行了分析和比较。然后结合三种常规模型在电子商务环境下的应用情况,提出了一种新的逆向物流运作模式—共同模式。最后通过对电子商务环境下逆向物流运作模式选择的影响因素进行分析,结合筛选指标及指标体系建立的原则,构建了逆向物流运作模式选择的评价指标体系,并结合实例对共同模式的最佳性进行了验证。

In this paper, we first introduced the three most common reverse logistics operation modes in the e-commerce environment, analyzed and compared the characteristics of each of them and then, in light of their application in the e-commerce context, proposed a new reverse logistics operation mode, namely the joint mode. At the end, we analyzed the factors influencing the mode in the e-commerce environment, built the corresponding evaluation index system, and in connection with a practical case, demonstrated the validity of the mode.
