Modeling and Coordination of Closed-loop Supply Chains with Duo-channel Recycling

通过构造双渠道闭环供应链研究在集中决策与分散决策下制造商与零售商的最优解;通过比较两种决策,研究发现分散决策将降低闭环供应链的效率,并引入收入共享契约机制来协调系统中的制造商与零售商的利润分配,以实现闭环供应链的完美协调。

In this paper, we studied the optimal solutions of the manufacturer and retailer within a duo-channel closed-loop supply chain under the centralized and distributive decision-making strategies respectively, then by comparing the two solutions, found that the distributive decision-making strategy would reduce the efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain, and at last, introduced the revenue sharing contract mechanism to coordinate the allocation of the revenue of the supply chain system between the manufacturer and retailer.
