Study on Collaboration of Garment Logistics Supply Chain Oriented toward Rapid Response

首先对服装物流供应链中库存积压短缺并存的原因和应对方法进行了分析,在此基础上构建了快捷响应导向下服装物流供应链协同机制,在该机制下实现了初始市场预测和生产计划的联合制定,基于市场动态变化对初始计划预测进行快速调整,并给出了服装物流供应链快捷响应的协同流程,最后从服装物流分销、服装物流供应链信息共享系统建设以及服装设计开发决策等方面对实现服装物流供应链快捷响应有效协同的策略和方法进行了探讨分析。

In this paper, we first analyzed the causes for the overstock and inventory shortage in garment logistics supply chains and the corresponding countermeasures, on such basis, built the garment logistics supply chain collaboration mechanism oriented toward rapid response, then presented the process for the collaboration of the rapid response system of the supply chains, and at the end, from the aspects of garment logistics and distribution, garment logistics supply chain information system and garment design and development decision-making, explored the strategies for the effective collaboration of the rapid response of the supply chains.
