引入快速响应思想,将信息技术和信息网络融合于应急物资整个调配体系中,构建突发事件应急物资调配体系快速响应模式,并提出实现该应急快速响应模式的对策,为应急物资调配体系的优化与发展提供了一个新的视角。

In this paper, we introduced the rapid response ideology into the emergency material dispatching and distribution systems, then incorporated the information technology and information network of the system, built the rapid response mode of the emergency material dispatching and distribution systems and proposed the countermeasures to realize the rapid response mode.
