摘要
指出当前国内高校物流专业人才培养已经形成了一定规模,并在一定程度上满足了物流产业的人才需求,但是由于各种因素制约,目前高校物流专业人才培养还存在着一定问题需要进一步完善,特别是物流专业人才培养定位方面存在着定位不清、目标不明确等问题,造成了高校物流专业人才培养与市场需求不一致、学生就业难等后果,最后基于市场导向分析了相关问题并对高校物流专业人才培养定位提出了一些建议。
In this paper, we pointed out that the cultivation of the university logistics specialty talents in China was of certain scale and could to a considerable degree satisfy the requirement of the logistics industry, then discussed some of the existing problems and at the end, based on the market orientation, proposed the corresponding suggestions for the positioning in the cultivation of the university logistics specialty talents in China.
