摘要
管理理论于上世纪90年代开始出现,到1998年,学习型组织理论引入我国,政府部门、社区、学校和企事业单位等都开始学习并广泛应用,而且其优势也日益显现。作为学生自我参与、自我服务、自我提高、自我管理的学生组织,如何在新时期积极利用学习型组织的相关理论促进其建设与管理,也就显现出了不一般的意义。本文将以苏州科技学院天平学院为例,从学习型组织理论的内涵、对学生组织管理的重要意义以及在学生组织管理过程中的具体应用等方面入手进行详细的介绍。
From the starting of management in the 1990s to 1998 when the learning organization theory was introduced into China, the government, the community, schools and enterprises and institutions are starting to learn the theory and apply it in practice and its advantages are also increasingly apparent. As the students" self participation, self serving, self--improvement, self management of student organi- zations in the new era, how to actively use the relevant theories of learning organization to promote its construction and management also seemed usually significant. This paper, taking Suzhou University of Science and Technology balance College as an example, carries on the detailed introduction from the con- notation, the learning organization theory to specific application significance of student management and student organizations in the process of management.
