采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,通过对达县健美操运动开展现状进行调查,分析了解目前达县健美操运动开展存在的主要问题,为达县中学健美操运动的发展提供参考依据。

In this paper, the author uses questionnaire, literature data method, mathematical statistics method, through the investigation of the aerobic current situation of middle schools in Da County, and analyses the current situation and main problems, providing the reference for its coming development.
