摘要
分析了高温季节杭钢转炉厂小方坯脱方的原因,造成季节性脱方的主要原因是铜管结垢、铜管通钢量大和钢水浇注温度过高;实际生产过程中,在稳定原有工艺的前提下,采取了一系列针对性措施,高温季节铸坯脱方得到了有效控制。
In the Converter Steel-making Plant of Hanggang Iron,high temperature causes rhombic deformation of casting billet.It is mainly due to deposition of brass cannulation,powerful flux from brass cannulation and exorbitant temperature of molten steel.During the actual process,on the premise of steady essential technologies,we take a series of corresponding measures.Finally,the rhombic deformation of casting billet is effectively controlled in the season of high temperature.
