我国科技与经济信息网络化服务的组织与管理模式分析

Pattern Analysis on Organizing and Managing China's Scientific and Technical and Economic Information Network Services

本文在分析了我国目前科技与经济信息网的建设以及网络化信息服务的开展过程中出现的问题的基础上 ,提出了一个我国科技与经济大信息网服务模式 ,并从技术角度详细阐述了如何从物理和逻辑上将相互独立的网络和分散的信息资源及信息服务联成一个整体。同时还提出了一系列管理与监督措施 ,意在建设和繁荣一个网络化信息服务大市场。

This article started with analyzing the problems that appeared in the course of constructing sci tech and economic information networks and developing network information services,and then raised a pattern on organizing and managing China's sci tech and economic information network services.From the technology aspect,the author expounded on how to unite those independent networks and distributed information resources and services as a whole.From the management aspect,the author also put forward a series of measures to develop and flourish a large network market of information services.
