本文就网络环境中知识产权法的法律效力问题从时间上、空间上以及对人的效力三个方面进行了分析论证。并就网络环境中存在的网络版本。

The author analyses the law effect on the intallectual property rights under the Internet from three aspects:time,space and person,and thinks that “the edition of Internet” belongs to “edited works”,the behaviours that register famous trademark in advance are illegal.
