摘要
为研究体外反搏治疗心肌缺血时不同压力对体内各处血管剪切应力脉动性的影响 ,本研究从六条开胸犬在四种压力情况下实时测量其头臂干、胸主动脉等处的血流量 ,并计算出各处剪切应力的变化。统计结果表明 :不同压力作用下体外反搏使剪切应力脉动性的改变是不同的。
For the study of therapeutic mechanism on myocardial ischemia with external counterpulsation,blood flow were measured at the arteria carotics,truncus brachiocephalics and other places for six chest-open dogs,and shear stress were operated.The statistic results show that average,range of change and changing rate were augmented with ECP,i.e.the phasic characteristics of shear stress were increased.
