摘要
以聚乙烯(PE)为改性剂,在不同工艺条件下制备PE改性沥青母料,并将制备的母料进行造粒;采用搅拌的方式,以PE母料为改性剂对沥青进行改性,并测试和分析PE改性沥青的软化点、针入度等性质,结果表明,采用双螺杆挤出机制备的PE母料能够通过搅拌快速与沥青本体相容,PE母料能够显著提高沥青的软化点、降低针入度,既解决了"干法"改性不能有效分散PE颗粒、改性效果差的问题,又解决了"湿法"改性相容性差、无法储存运输的问题,并确定了采用双螺杆挤出机制备PE母料的最佳工艺条件。
In this paper, recycled waste PE was used as modifier to prepare masterbatch of PE under dif-ferent technological conditions. The prepared masterbatch was prilled and added into base asphalt by mixing method to prepare PE modified asphalt. The properties of PE modified asphalt such as softening point, penetra-tion were tested and analysed. It was showed that PE masterbatch prepared by double screw extruder could be easily compatible with asphalt by mixing, and evidently improved softening point, reduced penetration. It could not only solve the problem of the " dry" method with poor dispersity and modification of PE, but also the " wet" method with poor compatibility and storage property, and the optimum technological conditions were determined by using double screw extruder.
