Overview of the study on the mental health of counselors at higher vocational colleges

分析高职院校辅导员心理健康研究现状,针对现有研究方法的局限性、整体研究缺乏系统性、研究取样范围狭小等问题,提出深入研究的建议。

Current researches on counselors＇psychological health at higher vocational colleges are analyzed.On the foundation of the existing research problems,such as the limitation of research methods,the lack of systematic study on the whole,the range narrow of sample,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to solve these problems.
