混合住宿制背景下高职院校宿舍问题研究

A study on the problems in the mixed boarding dormitories at higher vocational colleges

采用实证分析法,以广东省某高职院校为研究对象,对混合住宿制宿舍中存在的问题进行问卷调查。研究中发现主要存在着班级信息交流不畅、学习风气不浓等问题,建议从建立信息共享平台、实行宿舍弹性管理制、进行课程制度改革等三方面着手解决上述问题。另外本次调查数据显示90.8%的学生对混合住宿持满意态度。

Taking a higher vocational college in Guangdong Province as a case study,the thesis adopts the empiri-cal analysis method to study the problems in the mixed boarding dormitories at higher vocational colleges.The result shows that problems like bad class information sharing and different resting timetable and weak learning atmosphere exist on a large scale.It is suggested that the problems be solved by ways of developing information sharing plat-form,flexible dormitory management,and curriculum system reform.The data show 90.8% of the students are content with the present situation of the mixed boarding dormitories.
