In the case of the current situations of emphasizing scientific knowledge but ignoring humanistic quality education,this thesis starts to analyze the need to implement the functions of modern university and proposes that strengthening cultural construction at college and university,especially the construction of spiritual culture on cam-pus,is the key to cultivating high quality talents.The drama art has unique advantages and there is necessity of opera going into the campus,which is an important way to strengthen the cultural construction at college and university.
